Hot Stone Massage - Relieve pain and release tension deep within the muscle with a hot stone massage. This detoxifying treatment will increase blood flow and the immune system well as reduce stress and anxiety allowing the body to rest and restore creating deep relaxation.

Pregnancy Massage - Nurture mother and child with light massage techniques which relax and soothe strained back and leg muscles. This is especially beneficial in the second and third trimester when the effects of pregnancy start to wear the body down.

Indian Head Massage - Activate the sinus, release tension and aid the immune system with an Indian Head massage. This treatment includes the face, neck, shoulders and scalp working pressure points and massaging away headaches creating a sense of calm throughout the entire body.

Ayurveda Body Massage - Balance the mind, body and soul with Ayurveda oils and massage techniques. Starting with the pressure points of the feet alleviating negative energy and tension.
